What changes if women hold top positions in organisations in the environmental and technological fields? Do they deal differently with the development and use of technologies, do they change the organisations, do they change the environmental performance?

The final conference of the project "Possibilities of change by top women in Environment and Technology" took place on 16^th and 17^th January 2012 and this exciting topic was discussed. triple innova supported the conference by moderating a session about the topic sustainability.

triple innova led a consultation on the project “top women”, which is jointly promoted by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the EU and the European Social Fund for Germany.

Brigitte Biermann is leading the consultation process of the sub-project “women and power - women at the top of environmental professions” as an external party; furthermore she is also member of the women’s council and is involved in specialised workshops.
