of the Biofach trade fair 2012 from 15th - 18th February 2012 in Nürnberg.
Dr. Brigitte Biermann will lead a workshop
on "Was bedeutet Nachhaltigkeit für den Naturkostfachhandel? Konkrete Ansatzpunkte jenseits Greenwashing" (“What does sustainability
mean in practice in the organic food business? Concrete action steps beyond
Greenwashing”) on 17th February 2012. The BioFach congress is an
international information and opinion platform for the organic food and
