New Guide on “Alliances for More Sustainability in Global Supply Chains” Print

Under this title triple innova published a guide for companies and other organisations in 2010 (available in German only). The aim of the guide is to encourage business activities, especially in up- and downstream links of supply chains, to become more focused on sustainability through strategic alliances. This happens:
  • through co-operation with other companies and actors in civil society
  • through the usage of alliances already in place such as business associations

The guide contains practical advice, checklists and information for evaluating and improving sustainability performance.

It was written by Brigitte Biermann and Stephan Schaller on behalf of the CSCP. It is a contribution to the project "strat_all_" – Strategic alliances for sustainable development, which is funded within a programme of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
