triple innova has been supporting the Swiss construction service provider Implenia AG since March 2010 in the development of its corporate sustainability strategy.
triple innova devised a scientific decision-making basis for Implenia
for the development of sustainability key performance indicators and
supported the preparation, implementation and presentation of workshops
for the wider management group.
Implenia has set ambitious goals in the field of sustainability. These
goals were initially developed internally and, from 2011, will also be
communicated externally.
